Geschmack: ziemlich kräftig, würzig-scharf (Pfeffer, Piment, Muskat), Waldhonig und dunkle Schokolade, eine süßlich-bittere Kräuternote (Ricola, Kräuterlikör, etwas Kamillan), Lakritz
Abgang: lang, viel Pfeffer, Ricola und Lakritz, glüht im Hals
Kommentar: Von den bisher probierten AnCnoc-Vintages war ich durchweg sehr angetan - lecker, interessant, intensiv. Das alles gilt hier auch, doch ist dieser hier bisher der am wenigstens gefällige, sehr würzig und scharf und hat auch auch gut Bitternoten - sicher nicht jedermanns Sache.
Geschmack: weich, leicht fruchtig, Eiche, Gewürze, aufsteigende trockene Würze
Abgang: lang, trocken, würzig, fruchtig-malzige Noten, Bitterkeit, Eiche
Kommentar: schöne Nase; insgesamt (v.a. im Abgang) aber leider unharmonisch
