Set to Cask on March 20th 2001, this magnificent Malt Whisky has been hand crafted and matured to perfection in American White Oak and Madeira barrels, before a finale two month finesse in Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts.
Colour:
Intense Copper Gold, with rich Mahogany highlights.
Nose:
An initial burst of floral elegance stimulates the senses. Then provocative aromas of fresh cranberry, pear, caramelised apples and vanilla take centre stage.
Taste:
Seductive flavours of bitter chocolate, roasted coffee, wild berries and marzipan.
