Dalmore 10 Jahre - 2007 Vintage 2007
This whisky started its journey in the finest first fill American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, creating the ideal canvas from which to create this special single malt. The precious liquid was then transferred into Gonzalez Byass Apostoles 30 year old sherry butts for its final flourish. A perfect match for the character of The Dalmore, the influence of the rich aged sherry wood creates a whisky which is indulgent, smooth and complex. This expression is created exclusively for Europe.
Aroma: Lemon drizzle cake, creamy caramel, ripe pineapple and Manuka honey
Palate: Maple syrup, spiced sherbet, tropical fruit salad and sweet sultanas
Finish: Macaroons, gingerbread, toasted hazelnuts and fudge cake
