8 Jahre - 2010 Revives and revitalises
An intriguing combination of a variety of aromas ranging from making butterscotch sauce, fruity sweet wine gums to sweet earthy compost and finally we were charring wood staves. On the palate neat, a massive hit of chilli spice at first but this was soon followed by sweeter flavours of cinnamon and nutmeg spiced white hot chocolate with dried apricots in the finish. Water added oatmeal, chocolate chip and raisin cookies next to digestive biscuits dunked into Ovaltine, whilst to taste now very different compared to the neat stage – crisp, cooling and green like a freshly brewed Moroccan spearmint tea.
