In fact, the 15 year old Green Label was taken off the market in 2012. But because of the worldwide demand of the customers, Diageo decided in 2016 to bring the beloved whisky back on the shelf. Green Label is the only Blend of Johnnie Walker, that is exclusively created with Single Malts. He gains his unique character especially from the Malts of the Talisker, Linkwood, Cragganmore and Caol Ila distilleries.

Taste: Arrival is sweet and sour apple juice developing into vanilla and oak.
Finish: Medium and dry. Crab apples with a touch of smoke.
Comment: A good starting whiskey to clean the palate. Better than the Gold Label and the 18 Year Old.
