Intense, spicy, oakiness, nuts, citrus

The quality of this barley is better than the usual standard barley used for the whisky production
Nosing:
Fruity notes of sour berries, pears, apples and some citrus. Likewise, floral and sweet with wildflowers and malt
Taste:
Spicy oak, nuts and biscuit. A hint of lemon and honey
Finish:
Long lasting and soft
