Nosing: Rauch Seetang Maritime Noten Früchte Sherry
Light peat smoke with some see-like aroma in the nose - some aroma of a seaweed like wakame.
On longer nose sweet fruitiness marks shery cask finish.
With the time, smell of white pepper appears
Next nosings bring more wood to the front and moves smokiness to the back making it almost disappear

Taste: Vanille Karamell Gewürze Salz Eiche
Nice and oily
Really well rounded.
Sweetness at the beginning, honey, very light, just a little bit peppery

Finish: Eiche Salz
Saltiness in mouth and on the finish. Light bitterness of the oak, drier than initial taste.

Comment:
When I was drinking it, whisky sat next to the Wild Turkey 101 and because of that it was so light, pleasant and a little bit dry. Sweetness of the Highland Park 10 was much more delicate than it was initially.
Longer sit up with this whisky made me fill some sweet plain tabacco.
I'll really enjoy every single dram of this whisky.
