Nosing: Leder wet leather Eiche Zitrus Zitronenschale Medizinischer Rauch Alkohol smoky, but actually less so than before, or maybe I am just more accustomed to peated malts...Maritime Noten Seetang Öl

Taste: Rauch Medizinischer Rauch initial, but then it develops into....something I am not generally used to in peated whiskies! really complex. Pfirsich Tropische Früchte then develops into Eiche Zitrus Seetang Leder very oily mouthfeel Öl Gewürze and a hint of Minze or some sort of Kräuter , maybe eucalyptus. there is a lot to explore here!

Finish:Tabak Rauch Medizinischer Rauch Eiche

Comment: Added water. While it's hard to note the sherry influences, it's undoubtedly playing some sort of role in this, I swear by it...this is very unique. I have not tasted other Cairdeas, but I will probably pick up another bottle of this, and I am not even a big fan of smoky whisky, but this is kind of making me one!
