The Irish Dingle distillery was founded by the three beer brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley in 2012. Meanwhile, they distilled the fifth batch of the triple distilled Single Malt, for which Bourbon, Sherry and Madeira casks were married together.
