Willowburn Ember Batch 001
Willowburn Ember comes from the Hammerschmiede in Germany. The Single Malt is distilled in two Pot Still (700 l) and in one Spirit Still (800 l) since 2002. The name describes the content: the Single Malt contains 40% smoky Single Malt, for which peat smoke and oak smoke was used. Batch No.1 matured in a variety of European South and Sweet Wine Hogsheads for an intense and elegant aroma with fruits and caramel. Limited bottling.
