Finch Distillers Choice Single Malt Smoky
The Swabian distillery Finch is led by owner and master distiller Hans Gerhard Fink. The grain from the own cultivation is used for the Finch Whisky. Only malted barley and barley dried over oak smoke was used for this bottling. After distillation, the Malt first matured in Wine casks and then in ex-Islay Whisky casks for an overall duration of at least seven years.
