Hills & Harbour Gin

The Hills & Harbour Gin is produced in the Crafty Distillery on the Scottish West Coast. The small distillery lies in the Galloway Hills by the Cree river, where the name of the Gin comes from. Besides the locally cultivated pine needles and seaweed also mango, orange peel and Szechuan pepper, bay leaf and natural juniper are part of the botanicals. The base spirit is distilled from wheat and water in the Craft distillery.
