Wild Island Botanic Gin High Croft
The Wild Island Botanic Gin comes from the idyllic Isle of Colonsay, which is remotely located in the west of the Isle of Jura. Only 130 people live on the small island, where there is nothing else than a hotel, a small pub and a bookstore. But despite that, the Langley distillery produces the High Croft Wild Island Gin here. It is named after the farm, where the botanicals are cultivated: wild blackberries, red currant, elder and rowan berries, apples and rosehips.
