Starward 4 Years - 2016 Single Barrel
For the Starward Single Barrel a Red Wine cask from the well-known wine-growing region Barossa Valley was used. The new make of the distillery is filled into casks with a low alcohol strength, to keep the fruit notes and Wine tannins in the Whisky. The inconsistent climate of Melbourne is partly a reason for the short maturation of 4 years, and creates an intense Single Malt.
