St. Kilian - 2018 Signature Edition 'Eight' Peated
A special casks selection was chosen for the St. Kilian Signature Edition 'Eight'. The Whisky matured in casks made out of 2% acacia, 19% Ex-Red Wine Rioja, 43% Ex-Rye Whiskey, 9% Palatinate oak and 27% Ex-Bourbon. The St. Kilian distillery was built after the Scottish role model and is operating since 2016. 6000 litres are distilled in copper pot stills from the Scottish company Forsyths in Rothes.
