St. Kilian - 2018 Signature Edition 'Nine'
The St. Kilian Signature Edition 'Nine' is a mild, non-peated Single Malt from the Franconian distillery. The new make matured in three different cask types for the ninth edition: 11% Palatinate oak, 62% Ex-Bourbon and 27% Ex-Sauternes. The St. Kilian distillery is built after the Scottish role model and is operating since 2016. 6000 litres are distilled in the copper pot stills from the Scottish company Forsyths in Rothes.
