It donates money to brid protection organisations for every sold bottle. The Redbreast Pot Still Whiskey is produced in the Midleton distillery at the south coast of Ireland. The 12 year old Irish Whiskey matured in a combination of Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks.

:cereal: Comment: Wonderfully complex on the nose. This starts off mild with an oily cereal taste, and then the rich fruitiness hits you fast and hard. There is a bitterness that lingers with cereal and malt flavours, and a hint of oak and spiciness on the throat. The spiciness reminds me of a chilli.
It is very smooth and pleasant.
