Daviess County Cabernet Sauvignon Finish
Daviess County is known for its origin: An earldom in the State of Kentucky. In 1874, Daviess County Distilling Company paved the way in the small district for more than dozens of Whiskey distilleries. The company Lux Row Distillers revived the Bourbon with a mash bill of corn, wheat, rye and barley. The Whiskey is then finished in Cabernet Sauvignon casks for six months.
