In 1874, Daviess County Distilling Company paved the way in the small district for more than dozens of Whiskey distilleries. The company Lux Row Distillers revived the Bourbon with a mash bill of corn, wheat, rye and barley. The Whiskey is then finished in Cabernet Sauvignon casks for six months.
