Hendrick's Midsummer Solstice
Hendrick's Gin is produced in small batches since 1999. Two different pot stills are distilling the spirit: In the Bennet Still, the spirit is infused with the botanicals while in the Carter Head Still, the spirit gains flavour through the aroma basket. The special edition Midsummer Solstice is based on the base recipe of the classic Hendrick's Gin. Additionally, the summer Gin was further infused with an unknown selection of blossom essences. Master distiller Lesley Gracie wanted to capture the aromas of a summer day within this Gin.
