Le Gin de Christian Drouin
Le Gin de Christian Drouin comes from the famous cider and calvados producer in Normandy. So it is no coincidence that the basis for the gin is not only neutral alcohol, but also the distillate that is produced after the first distillation of Calvados, Eau de Vie de Cidre from about 30 different varieties of apples. To enhance the apple and juniper flavors, other botanicals were added to the gin, each distilled separately with the base and finally blended: Roses, lemons, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, almonds and cardamom.
