Der Ron Abuelo Oloroso gehört zur Finish Collection. Er ist eine Kreation aus handverlesenen Melasse-Rums der Brennerei, die miteinander kombiniert werden und für 15 Jahre in amerikanischen Eichenfässern reifen. Im Anschluss erhielt er ein Finish in Oloroso-Sherryfässern.
