The Botanist Hebridean Strength is a handcrafted premium Gin from Bruichladdich. The 22 herbs used all come from the Isle of Islay and have their Latin names embossed on the bottle. This edition is a journey of discovery into the wild, unspoilt beauty of the Isle of Islay. The Gin was distilled in stages and produced in batches at the Bruichladdich Distillery and bottled at an intense 51.5% vol.

Wildflower Gin No. 3 from Cotswolds captures the scent of a summer meadow in the picturesque Cotswolds, England. In addition to the classics juniper, coriander and angelica root, the gin contains extracts of mint, sheep's lettuce and an alpine herb called Artemisia genepi, which was picked by hand.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is made from Irish and oriental botanicals. A total of 12 different ingredients are used to create a fruity, flavoursome and fresh Gin. The exotic representatives in the botanicals include Chinese lime and Chinese gunpowder tea. The latter has nothing to do with black powder, but is a tea that tastes of smoky peppermint. The main ingredients are distilled in a pot still and Chinese lime, grapefruit, kaffir lime and gunpowder tea find their way into the infusion basket, which is located between the still and the condenser. The Shed distillery was founded by PJ Rigney and produces small batches in Drumshanbo in County Leitrim, far away from mass production. Quality comes before quantity here. To protect the Gin from light and after cooling from room temperature for longer, this Drumshanbo was filled into a ceramic bottle.

Still G.I.N. is the first gin from Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg - a clear, mild yet complex premium gin that doesn't need a big show. The name alludes to the track "Still D.R.E.", of course, but also to the craft behind the product: a pure, well thought-out Gin that doesn't copy anything and defines everything itself. Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg have not simply lent their names to the project, but have actively contributed to its development - from the recipe to the bottle. The Gin is distilled in an elaborate process: Citrus peels such as mandarin, lemon, orange and grapefruit are peeled by hand to keep the essential oils fresh. Classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander and black pepper are coarsely crushed and distilled over copper. Finer ingredients such as jasmine root, rose petals and cherry blossom undergo gentle vacuum distillation so that their flavours are not lost. The result is a modern but accessible Gin that impresses with floral and citrus-fresh notes - tangerine, jasmine and coriander in particular characterise the taste and aroma. With 42.5 % alcohol, it is strong enough for classic cocktails, but also works on its own or on ice. The look of the bottle - created by designer Ini Archibong - is just as clear and modern as the contents. Still G.I.N. is not an overloaded show or marketing gin, but a well thought-out, honest New Western gin that is really well made and will win over gin lovers and hip-hop fans alike.
