Warehouse No. 1 DOK John Crow White Overproof Rum is a high-proof, unaged rum from the Hampden Estate Distillery in Trelawny, Jamaica. It is distilled from molasses using the traditional Pot Still method, whereby only wild yeasts are used for fermentation. The overproof rum belongs to the DOK category (Denomination of Origin K), Hampden's product line with the highest ester content. The ester content is around 1,500-1,600 g/hlpa (grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol), making it one of the most aromatic rums in the world. After distillation, the rum is not matured in barrels, but bottled as a so-called "white overproof rum". This means that it comes onto the market in its clear form with a high alcohol content - usually around 63% by volume. As it is not aged in barrels, the entire aroma spectrum of the fermentation and distillation is retained unadulterated. This rum is produced exclusively on the Hampden Estate, which has been known for its traditional rum production since the 18th century. The production method still follows largely unchanged processes from the colonial era. Under the Warehouse No. 1 brand, the rum was bottled under the name "John Crow", an unofficial designation for particularly strong white rums, as traditionally consumed by the labourers in the sugar cane fields of Jamaica.

This rum is not intended for pure enjoyment, but is primarily used in the professional bar world to flavour cocktails and mixed drinks.

Warehouse No. 1 NYE/WK White Overproof Rum is an unaged rum from the New Yarmouth Distillery in Jamaica. It is distilled from molasses using the Pot Still process and belongs to the category of so-called high ester rums. The designation "NYE/WK" refers to a specific brand within the distillery, whose ester content is around 900-1,000 g/hlpa (grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol). This chemical composition ensures a pronounced flavour density, but remains below the extreme concentrations of the DOK category. The rum is not stored in barrels, but is bottled directly after distillation with an alcohol content of around 63% vol. It therefore retains its full, distillative profile without the influence of wood maturation and reflects the fermentation and distillation technique of the New Yarmouth Distillery in its purest form. The New Yarmouth Distillery is located in Clarendon, Jamaica, and is known for producing rums with different ester profiles. It is owned by the J. Wray & Nephew Group and also produces ingredients for well-known brands such as Wray & Nephew White Overproof. NYE/WK bottling is not usually produced for commercial retail, but is mainly used in the independent bottling scene and in specialist circles. Bottled under the Warehouse No. 1 brand, this rum has been made available not only to professional mixologists, but also to curious amateur bartenders.

Due to its high alcohol content and intense flavour profile, this rum is primarily suitable for use in the bar, especially in classic tiki and tropical cocktails.

Warehouse No. 1 TECC-nical Ecstasy White Overproof Rum comes from the Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica and belongs to the TECC marque, one of the distillery's most ester-rich product categories. The rum is produced using the traditional Pot Still method from molasses, with fermentation taking place using wild yeasts and lasting several days (around 30-45 days). This slow, open fermentation is characteristic of the Long Pond distillery and contributes significantly to the formation of a high ester content. The TECC rum reaches values of around 1,400-1,600 g/hlpa (grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol), which places it in the class of so-called "continental flavoured rums", which were originally designed for export to Europe. It is bottled directly after distillation, without ageing in barrels, with an alcohol content of around 63% vol. As a white overproof rum, it fully retains the sensory characteristics of fermentation and distillation, without the influence of wood or ageing. The Long Pond Distillery is located in Trelawny, in the north-west of Jamaica, and is one of the few remaining distilleries in the country that produce exclusively using the Pot Still method. It was founded in the 18th century and has always been known for its high-ester rums, which play a central role in the British rum tradition in particular. The "TECC-nical Ecstasy" bottling was released under the Warehouse No. 1 brand and is a tribute to this traditional production method.

The rum is primarily used in mixology, where it serves as an aromatic element in complex cocktail recipes due to its intensity, as the intense flavour profile and high alcohol concentration are less designed for pure enjoyment and more suitable as a secret ingredient for cocktails.

150 years ago, Albert Heinrich Riise, a Danish pharmacist and adventurer, made spirits from the Caribbean available to the rest of the world under the name Old St. Croix. The name is a tribute to the fertile island of St Croix, known for its sugar cane cultivation. Old St. Croix XO Reserve Legacy is the first Blend to bear the original brand name of the bottlings otherwise marketed under the A.H. Riise banner. The rum-based spirit has been released as a limited edition and is a tribute to the original recipe and historic branding that will adorn all A.H. Riise products going forward. Inspired by Riise's heritage, only the best barrels from the Caribbean and Central America were selected and combined by the Master Blend. The result is a rich, complex and velvety smooth creation to discover and savour.

The name The Demon's Share, for Marco Savio's creations, is derived from the 'Angel's Share' (which refers to the proportion of whisky that evaporates from the cask during storage), which is widely used in the whisky industry and which the founder renamed without further ado. This 12-year-old Demon's Share bottling from Panama is a tribute to Dante's Divine Comedy and its country of origin, Tuscany. After an initial maturation in oak barrels, the rum was matured in Chianti wine barrels and bottled at 41% vol.

This Planteray rum bears the name Sealander because it is blended from rums from three different countries. Molasses rums from Barbados and Fiji are combined with sugar cane juice rum from Mauritius. Each is matured for several years in ex-Bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of its country of origin. Once in France, Maison Ferrand matures the rum for one year in ex-Ferrand cognac barrels in a continental climate. Finally, the creation is bottled with 20 grams of sugar added per litre. The end result is fruity, nutty with soft oak accents. The package includes 2 glasses for tasting in company.

This special rum-based spirit does not come from the Caribbean, but from Bavaria. The rum spirit is made from the finest sugar cane, which is gently distilled in traditional Pot Still stills after fermentation and fermentation. The son of a fisherman, Alejandro Hernandez, founded the Pampero distillery in 1938 together with Luis Toro in Caracas, where the sugar cane was harvested in a very dry season using the original recipe and the special distillation process in combination with the geographical conditions of Venezuela's jungle, coast and climate. With the addition of water from the local Carbonero well and a maturation of 5-6 years in oak and sherry barrels, a particularly soft and balanced rum with a pleasant sweetness and fine wood flavours was created.
