Tasting video
There is a tasting video with Horst or Benedikt Luening available for most whiskies in our shop. The video should provide you with a first impression of the whisky's taste and background details on the bottling.
Sherry-/Wine cask aging
The aging process adds a lot of aroma and interesting details to whiskies. This cask symbol hints at whiskies with this taste nuance.
Smoky
Malt dried and toasted above peat fires adds a smoky note to whiskies. Smoky bottlings are marked with this symbol.
Non-chill-filtered
Many whiskies are chill-filtered before bottling. This icon symbolizes whiskies which were not chill-filtered.
Special prices
There are several types of discounted products in our inventory. We have special offers and permanent low price products for you which were fairly and reasonably calculated. We don't have any artificial prices lowered just for marketing purposes. The special prices we offer are the result of purchasing these whiskies by pallet and passing on the logistics discount to the customer.
