Product description
For the 10-year-old Springbank Local Barley, the Bere Barley barley from Clochkiel Farm on the Kentyre Peninsula was kilned over peat fires and hot air, resulting in a harmonious and very subtle smokiness. After distillation, this special bottling was matured in selected oak casks from the Springbank cask store. With 60% bourbon casks and 40% sherry casks, the result is a perfectly balanced Campbeltown malt with accents of fruit and malt as well as balanced salt nuances and a subtle scent of campfire ash.
