Variety Single Malt Whisky
Aroma Sweet and inviting with flavours of fruit salad and sweets, raspberry crumble and dried mango. Accents of icing and dark chocolate follow.
Taste Complex and multi-layered with facets of smoked cayenne pepper, crushed chilli peppers and heavily roasted steak.
Finish Gentle peat smoke together with notes of pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.

Product description
This 12-year-old Springbank was bottled at 55.5% vol. at cask strength and matured 100% in bourbon casks. With over 30 distilleries, Campbeltown was considered the whisky capital in the 19th century and looks back on an eventful past as the former centre of whisky production. Even today, the region is known worldwide for its excellent Single Malts. Springbank is one of three active distilleries in Campbeltown, preserving the heritage of the former Victorian whisky capital of the world with their craft and using traditional production methods to produce unique Single Malts with 2.5 times distillation. Springbank is one of the few distilleries that still malt all of its own barley.
