Amrut whisky has its roots immediately after the end of English colonial rule in 1948, when Indians began to distil their own whisky. Indian mythology tells of gods and demons who mixed the ocean with the help of the mountains in prehistoric times. Suddenly, a golden pot sprang from the water, containing the elixir of life. This they called Amrut.

    Geschmack: Reine seidige Malzigkeit, feine Süße, ohne jede störende Note.Malt Sweet

    Abgang: Überraschende feine Gewürze direkt aus dem indischen Restaurant.Spices Nutmeg Cinnamon

    Kommentar: Wirkt zuerst wie ein sauberer, einfacher und günstiger Malt. Dann kommen die Gewürze in der Nase und im Abgang
    ins Spiel. Spannender Malt für Leute die schon alles Andere getrunken haben.

    Bin Anfänger in Sachen Whisky. Mir gefällt der Amrut. Mir kam am Anfang ein weicher floraler, süßlicher Geruch entgegen. Dann schmeckte ich süße Früchte.
