The Appleton Estate Signature Rum is part of the distillery's standard range and is a blend of 15 matured distillates. Like all other Appleton Estate rums, the Signature contains no added flavours.
Appleton Estate was founded in the Nassau Valley in 1749, making it the oldest distillery on the island. The distillery includes sugar cane plantations as well as its own spring and yeast cultivation. The rum is traditionally produced here using the elaborate Pot Still process with ingredients from the estate's own production.
