This 14-year-old Aultmore is a traditional, elegant Speyside Single Malt known for its fruity, herbal and slightly floral notes - without any peat smoke. At a powerful and precise 62% vol., it was bottled at number 5 after finishing in a first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. The post-maturing in the sherry cask intensified the whisky with sweet-spicy facets and berry flavours.
