Product description
The new 12-year-old Benriach was matured in three different types of casks: In addition to Bourbon and sherry casks, port casks were also used to create a multi-layered malt. The design of the bottle and the tube are based on the original Benriach from the time before its closure in the 90s.

    Kommentar: In die Nase kommen anfangs Holznoten, Wein, helle süße Früchte, später die Aromen von Vanille und Tonka-Bohne, im Antrunk süß, warm, malzig, ein Anflug von Apfel-Streusel-Kuchen, im Nachklang angenehme Weinfassaromen. Den Whisky empfinde ich als sehr harmonisch und ausgeglichen, die 46 % Alkohol sind sehr schön ausbalanciert und treten nicht in den Vordergrund
