Aroma: Der kommt mit einer überwältigenden Fruchtigkeit in die Nase, satte, tiefe Noten von roten Früchten, so richtig reife Erdbeeren und Himbeeren; er macht einen richtig saftig süssen Eindruck; schon in der Nase so richtig süffig anmutend.

Geschmack: Sehr sanfter, harmonischer Antritt, dann setzt eine richtig prickelnd süsse Frucht ein; und danach beginnt man auch das Alter zu spüren, er wird dann etwas schwerer und würzig.

Abgang: Im Abgang spürt man deutlich die Eiche, aber der Abgang an und für sich ist nicht extrem lange.

Kommentar: Ganz schöner Gentlemen-Whisky, leicht und süffig, und trotzdem versteckt sich das Alter nicht.
