Product description
This 15-year-old Caol Ila was released by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage. Andrew Symington founded his company at the end of the 1980s and has always maintained good contact with the distilleries. Today he can call a stock of over 10,000 casks his own. This bottling matured in a single Bourbon hogshead and is part of Signatory's Cask Strength Collection, in which the whiskies were bottled directly at cask strength. They are particularly recommended for advanced connoisseurs. All bottles bear precise information about the distillation and bottling dates as well as the casks.

    Aroma: Süßig und malzige Noten umspielt von Torfrauch mit floralen Akzenten. Karamell, grüne Äpfel und eine leichte Vanillenuance folgen nach.

    Geschmack: Intensiv mit den rauchig-maritimen Anklängen Caol Ilas, dazu würzig-blumige Facetten die sich mit Ananasaromen dazu gesellen.

    Abgang: Lang mit vollmundigem Torfrauch, feiner Pfefferwürze und einer wärmenden, angenehmen Süße.
