Product description
Lavender is harvested from the neighbouring Snowshill for the Cotswolds Dry Gin. The citrus notes come from freshly peeled (not dried) limes and grapefruit, so there are significantly more essential oils in the peels. Cardamom seeds and black peppercorns provide a slightly spicy kick. All this on a base of juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root for the classic character of a Dry Gin.

The English Cotswolds distillery was founded in 2014. The name comes from the region in which the distillery is located, also known as 'The Heart of England'. In setting up the distillery, the team was supported by none other than Dr Jim Swan, the 'Einstein of Whisky', as well as Harry Cockburn, the former manager of the Bowmore distillery. read more

    Geschmack: Zitrone, frisch, nur leicht nach Wacholderbeeren
    Abgang: eher kurz und unaufdringlich
    Kommentar: „The cloudy Gin“ ist ein pur genossen unaufdringlicher Gin, der als London Dry keine „Pantscherei“ oder nachträgliche Flavours erlaubt. Wer Whiskey mag, sollte das auch mögen. Tip: unbedingt mit „Aromatic Tonic“, schmeckt nach Blutorange, mit eben einer Scheibe dieser genießen.
