Daftmill 15 Years 2009/2024

This Daftmill Single Malt is only the second from the Lowlands farm distillery to be released with an age statement. The family-run Cutbert's farm has been producing whisky in small batches since 2005 and distils exclusively in the off-season (midsummer/winter) - in some cases no more than 100 casks a year. The 15-year-old Daftmill whisky was matured from August 2009 to December 2024 in 20 first-fill bourbon casks and in a Pedro Ximénez-finished sherry cask. It was bottled at Fife Strength, a traditional strength for the region of 56.3% vol. without chill-filtering and without the addition of colour.
