Product description
The famous St. Eppan winery from South Tyrol supplied the Pinot Noir casks in which this Edradour was matured for 12 years. Pinot Noir is a red wine that is characterised by its fruity, nutty notes and earthy accents and is considered one of the finest and most sophisticated red wines in the world. The Edradour whisky benefited from these versatile flavour facets and literally soaked up the aromas of red fruits and spices. The Single Malt from the Highland distillery was bottled at 48.2% vol. without chill-filtering and without the addition of colouring.

The Edradour distillery is one of Scotland's most traditional Whisky distilleries and was once the smallest in the country. It is idyllically situated on the River Edradour, surrounded by hills east of Pitlochry.
