The Edradour Oloroso Sherry Butt Single Malt is part of the Cask Strength Collection from Signatory Vintage, which was created as Symington's Choice by Andrew W. Symington. Signatory has been one of Scotland's most successful independent bottlers for 35 years. Symington and his team have always sought out rare whisky casks. These are from distilleries that have already closed, sought-after single malts from distilleries that no longer release casks, or from distilleries that do not release whiskies under their own name. This 23-year-old single malt from the Edradour distillery matured exclusively in an Oloroso sherry butt.
