Aroma: Fruit Vanilla Malt Angenehm fruchtig. Süßliche Vanille und Malznoten. Eine leichte Frische, die man vielleicht als maritim bezeichnen könnte.

Geschmack: Sweet Fruit Spices Süßlich und fruchtig, aber auch ein Prickeln von Gewürzen.

Abgang: Sweet Spices Caramel Herb Oak Wieder sehr süß und würzig. Es folgt eine Ladung Karamell. Driftet dann in eine herbe, trockene Richtung ab.

Kommentar: die Glen Scotia Signatur ist gut erkennbar. Der Alkohol scheint mir nicht ganz optimal eingebunden. Trotz nur 40% durchaus kräftig. Sicher kein Überflieger, aber kann man mal probiert haben. Und der Preis geht in Ordnung.
