Michel Reick, the whisky druid, is known for his exclusive best-dram bottlings. For his latest discovery, the 9-year-old GlenAllachie 1st Fill PX Sherry, he personally selected a Pedro Ximénez Sherry Hogshead from an independent Speyside distillery. The Single Malt comes at cask strength, unfiltered and uncoloured. A true masterpiece and a tribute to Billy Walker, the legend of the Master Blend.
