Glenfarclas Heritage honours the heritage of the family distillery in Speyside. For this bottling, only the best casks were personally selected by the Grant family before the whisky was bottled at 60% vol. cask strength. Despite the higher volume percentages, the Speyside is balanced and tasty.

Die Glenfarclas Brennerei wurde 1836 von Robert Hay gegründet und ist eine der bekanntesten und erfolgreichsten familiengeführten Brennereien in Schottland. Die Eigentümerfamilie Grant ist stolz auf ihren privaten Status, was sich im Brennereislogan „The Spirit of Independence“ (Der Geist der Unabhängigkeit) widerspiegelt. Seit 1865 bestimmt die Familie Grant in der fünften Generation die Geschichte der Glenfarclas Brennerei. Diese lange Familientradition garantiert konstante Qualität und die notwendige Voraussicht für ein langlebiges Produkt wie Whisky.     Kommentar: Was für ein vollmundiger und harmonischer Whisky. Wer den 105 liebt, bekommt hiermit den großen vielschichtigen Bruder . Wirklich etwas Besonderes und damit den höheren Preis wert.
