Variety Single Malt Whisky
Aroma Coffee, dark fruit, ginger and a little cinnamon. A fine hint of sherry with chocolate and tiramisu lies over everything. Candied orange peel and fruit cake at the end.
Taste A wonderful balance of mild sweetness and strong spices. Chocolate-roasted hazelnuts and soft caramel with a little cinnamon can be found in the background.
Finish Medium length with mocha and spices that combine with cappuccino and amaretto before chocolate covered sultanas and orange follow.

Regional barley was used for Glenmorangie Signet. The barley malt was heavily roasted to create the so-called 'high roasted chocolate malt'. The bottling contains very rare malts, and some of the distillery's oldest casks were used.
