For Highlands Park Viking Pride, Gordon Motion carefully selected up to 120 casks that had been aged for 18 years or more in European sherry casks. The Single Malt was bottled with a higher alcohol content than the 18-year-old standard.

    85/100 3% mehr Alkohol als im "normalen" Viking Pride und 0% mehr Geschmack. Dafür aber 20 € teurer. Da kann es sich ja nur um Original-Wikinger-Bio-Drachenboottreibstoff handeln. OK, es wird etwas mehr Geschmack transportiert. Er ist nicht ganz so zahm wie der 43%ige.
    Aroma: dezent nach Rauch, Süße, Kirsche, Schokolade, Eiche
    Geschmack: ölig, Kirsche, Schokolade, deutlich Eiche, Malz
    Abgang: recht mild, deutlich Eiche, leichte Süße (Honig, Schokolade), leichter Rauch
