The Illusionist Dry Gin in the Distiller's Edition 2025 combines Mediterranean lightness with aromatic depth. Hand-picked kumquats from the Greek island of Corfu provide fresh, complex acidity. Wild mountain herbs such as thyme and pine add flavour and tart finesse. The palate reveals fruity citrus notes of mandarin and lemongrass.
