The Ilusionist Gin from Munich owes its name to the illusion that is created when tonic water is added to the Dry Gin. Its blue colour then changes to pink and is a tasty party hit. In addition to botanicals such as citrus peel, a little liquorice and spicy nutmeg peel, the gin from Bavaria's capital also contains mysterious blue flowers, which give it its bright blue colour when poured neat into a glass.
