The Jameson Single Pot Still Whiskey was made from malted and unmalted barley and belongs to the Five Oak Cask Release. It matured in 5 different casks. Former Bourbon, Sherry and Irish whiskey barrels were used, but also Virgin barrels made of European and American oak.
