Product description
The 15th edition of the Kilchoman 100% Islay whisky was produced using the 2014 and 2015 vintages. The Single Malt is produced 100% on Islay and matured for at least nine years in 54 ex-Bourbon casks. This eclectic combination gives the Islay whisky vanilla, butterscotch and rich fruit flavours with a slightly smoky undertone and some chocolate. Kilchoman is an independent family business that has been in existence since 1974 and produces its Single Malts in-house from field to bottle (from grain to bottle).

After more than 125 years, the Kilchoman farm distillery is the first new distillery to be built on the island of Islay. At the distillery, which was founded in 2005 and produces a 100 per cent Islay Single Malt, all production steps are carried out on site, from the cultivation of the barley to the filling of the bottles. read more
