Aroma Creamy caramel and notes of banana doughnuts and elderflower give this heavily peated whisky that certain something.
Taste Peat smoke is complemented by notes of honeydew melon and Iberico ham.
Finish The smoke continues, accompanied by notes of verbena and honeycomb.

Product description
This Kilkerran Single Malt is the 13th batch in the Heavily Peated Small Batch Series. The heavily peated whisky matured 90% in ex-bourbon casks and 10% in ex-sherry casks. It was bottled at cask strength at 58.6% vol., unchill-filtered and uncoloured - entirely in the artisanal style of the Springbank distilleries. Kilkerran is produced at the Glengyle Distillery in Campbeltown, which is part of the Springbank family.

Aroma: Cremiges Karamell und Noten von Bananenkrapfen und Holunderblüten verleihen diesem stark getorften Whisky das gewisse Etwas.

Geschmack: Torfrauch wird durch Noten von Honigmelone und Iberico-Schinken ergänzt.

Abgang: Der Rauch setzt sich fort, begleitet von Noten von Eisenkraut und Honigwabe.
