Product description
Like the M&H whiskies, Levantine Gin is made from 100% pure, malted barley, which is mashed and distilled in the still. In addition to juniper, botanicals are added that are hand-selected and sourced from the Levinsky market in Tel Aviv. These include Syrian oregano, lemon peel, orange, chamomile, verbena, cinnamon and black pepper. The botanicals are then left to rest in the distillery for 48 hours and distilled a third time in a 250-litre Pot Still. This makes the final result even milder and more elegant in the Taste.
