Mac-Talla is Gaelic for echo. The Islay Single Malts under the brand are produced by the well-known Morrison whisky family. The Terra (= earth) bottling is characterised by peat smoke, which gets its properties from the soil of Islay.

Aroma: Rauch, mit einer frischen Note(!) und Fruchtigem

Geschmack: hellsüß, mildwürzig, etwas Früchte – aber am Ende bleibt doch vor allem Rauch am Gaumen.

Abgang:

Kommentar: Der ist ein NAS & NDP von Islay. Und ruft einen Preis auf, wie manche 10-12er namhafter Brennereien von dort. Warum sagt er nicht klar wessen Kind und wie alt er ist?
Sowas nervt mich und macht mich knauserig bei der Vergabe von Sternen.
