The Millstone Oloroso Sherry Casks is a full-bodied, 10-year matured single malt from the Dutch Zuidam Distillery. The whisky was matured in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks. This bottling impressively demonstrates how harmoniously Dutch craftsmanship and Andalusian cask art can work together. Made from unpeated barley malt and slowly distilled in small copper stills, this whisky matured entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. These casks shaped the character with intense flavours of dark dried fruit, nuts and sweet spice.
