Aroma Smoky with citrus and clementine. Followed by floral aromas, wild thyme, heather and sea roses.
Taste Delicate and soft texture. Smoke with sweet notes and oak. A combination of coconut, custard, lemon honey and smoked oysters.
Finish Long, smoky and slightly sweet with fruits.

Abgang: Maritime Notes Salt Iodine Peat Smoke Bonfire Smoke Oak

Kommentar: In der Nase typische maritime Islay-Noten zusammen mit dem Torfrauch und etwas Zitrusfrucht. Für 50% auf der Zunge extrem angenehm, dazu kommt Süße und Malzigkeit. Mit etwas Wasser mehr Jod und Salz. Abgang dann sehr salzig und viel maritimer Seetang, der Rauch wird voll und sehr warm. Am Ende rundet etwas Eiche den wunderbaren Gesamteindruck ab.
